\nThe factory mount that comes with the SLIM thermal optic is optimized for AR platform rifles. this mount (SLIM-MOUNT-3) can be used to adapt the SLIM thermal optic to better fit bolt-action rifles and rifles that don't require a taller height over bore, or have adjustable length of pull. \n \nCompared to the factory mount, this brings the optic height lower and moves the entire optic back, towards the shooter's eye.
